Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Solaris Legal handles information collected through this website. It is provided for informational purposes and is intended to be read together with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Two entries in your browser's own storage are used: a session-level entry recording acknowledgement of the Bar Council of India disclaimer, and an entry recording that you dismissed the no-cookies notice. Neither is a cookie, neither identifies you, and neither is transmitted anywhere. The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only if you ask it to; once loaded, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Analytics
No analytics run on this website. If that changes, this policy will name the provider and the categories of data collected before any collection begins.
Correspondence
This website has no forms and collects nothing from you. If you write to or telephone the firm using the details on the contact page, what you send is handled as professional correspondence: it is used to respond to you, retained as part of the firm's records to the extent professional obligations require, and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties except as the law requires.
Your Rights
Subject to the DPDP Act 2023, you may have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of personal data you have provided. To make a request, contact Solaris Legal at info@solarislegal.in.
