The practice
Solaris Legal is a dispute resolution law firm founded in 2021 by Trinath Tadakamalla, Debarshi Dutta and Mrinal Ojha. The firm practises across civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, insurance and reinsurance, sanctions and trade controls, cyber risks and data protection, regulatory disputes, insolvency, and white collar crime and fraud investigation.
The firm works from Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, in New Delhi, and from the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai, and maintains a network of correspondents and collaborating counsel across India for matters outside those two cities.
Partners
Four partners lead the practice. Each has practised for more than a decade, and matters are conducted by the partner who takes them on. They are supported by two counsel and two principal associates, whose profiles are on the team page, and by a team of senior associates, associates and paralegals.
