Arjun Mookerjee

Arjun Mookerjee is a Principal Associate at Solaris Legal and leads the firm's intellectual property, technology and cyber law disputes practice. He acts for domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial litigation and in regulatory disputes, and his practice also covers insurance disputes and coverage advisory, together with advice on business regulation and compliance across industrial sectors.

Before joining the firm in 2024 he practised at trial and appellate level in commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, debt recovery and securitisation, government tenders and contracts, and criminal defence. He was appointed by the Delhi High Court as pro bono defence counsel in a trademark dispute, which was resolved by agreement between the parties.
