Biography

Manvi Adlakha is Counsel at Solaris Legal and leads the firm's civil and commercial disputes practice. She has practised in dispute resolution since 2015 and appears before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts, District Courts and tribunals across the country, including the NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC and DCDRC, and in ad hoc and institutional arbitration.

She acts for domestic and foreign clients across insurance, construction and engineering, banking and finance, software, aviation, real estate, power, and oil and gas. Her matters cover money recovery, breach of contract, contempt petitions, the enforcement and challenge of domestic and foreign arbitral awards, insolvency proceedings and applications for urgent interim relief.

She also advises on pre-litigation strategy, defensive positioning and general advisory work under Indian law, contributes to the firm's legal publications and client alerts, and mentors the firm's junior lawyers.
