Mrinal Ojha

Mrinal Ojha is a partner of Solaris Legal, based in New Delhi. His practice covers commercial disputes, white collar crime and fraud investigations, insurance and reinsurance, and insolvency, across the infrastructure, construction and engineering, aviation, technology, media and telecommunications, and health and pharmaceutical sectors.

He appears in litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and acts in domestic and international commercial arbitration. He advises Indian insurers and overseas reinsurers on coverage and claims, and advises corporates and their directors and officers on internal investigations and regulatory exposure. He holds a Diploma in Cyber Laws and has been in practice since 2002.
