Utsha Dasgupta

Utsha Dasgupta is a Principal Associate at Solaris Legal, which she joined in 2023. She has practised civil and commercial litigation since 2018, with a focus on disputes and advisory work in the oil and energy sector, and also handles insurance advisory and litigation.

She acts for clients in suits, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, and writ and review petitions before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi, Calcutta, Bombay and Madras High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the National Green Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity.

Before joining the firm she practised in the dispute resolution teams of law firms in Kolkata and Mumbai. She has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2018.
